  1. 4 lbfrozen chicken wings, thawed
  2. 1McCormick © chicken rub
  3. 1 1/2 cupbbq sauce
  4. 1 canjellied cranberry sauce
  5. 1/3 cupsiracha sauce
  6. 1few splashes of Louisiana hot sauce

    preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    place wings on a broiler pan. sprinkle liberally with chicken rub. bake for 45 min or until done.

    place all sauces in a blender. blend until smooth.

    place sauce in a pan and heat on med until warm

  5. 5

    when wings are done, put in a bowl. pour sauce over and toss. serve while hot

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
