Put the whipping cream into a bowl and whisk using either a machine or by hand until a whipped cream consistency.

Add the sugar and vanilla and continue whisking until throughly mixed. You can check if it is ready by putting the whisk upside down, if the peak stays the same shape without flopping it is done.

Taste and add more of the ingredients if needed.
