Ingredients

  1. 1chopped onion
  2. 2chopped tomatoes
  3. 2Boiled potatoes
  4. leavesChopped green coriander
  5. 2 tea spoonChat masala
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Imli saunth
  8. Green coriander leaves chutney
  9. 10-15Papdi
  10. Bareek sev

    Green coriander chutney: Thoroughly washed green coriander leaves, Curry patta, dahi(1 teaspoon),  salt, green chillies (7-8), lemon juice, ginger Method: Grind all ingredients of green coriander chutney

    Imli saunth: Soak imli  and jaggery in water for one hour,  mix in mixer and strain it. Take the strained imli liquid in kadai let it boil add salt, garam masala, red chilli powder

    Take boiled potatoes mash it, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, salt, chat masala mix it well

  4. 4

    Take Sev Puri and put the above said mixture on Sev Puri with green coriander chutney, imli chutney

    Put bareek Sev and chopped green coriander leaves

    Sev Puri is ready to eat
