For the batter..Soak rice and dal for 5 hrs and then grind it to a smooth paste..add salt..keep it aside for 3 hrs

Make dosa on a tava

For coconut chutney in a mixer jar..add coconut,roasted chanadal coriander leaves (to make it green)ortomatoes (to make it red),salt, and grind

To temper it take a little oil..add mustard seeds..1 tsp urad dal and curry leaves...
