Ingredients

70 minutes.
3 serves
  1. 3eggs
  2. 1 tbspginger
  3. 1 tbspgarlic
  4. 3large potatoes
  5. 1/4 cupspring onions
  6. 3meduim size carrots
  7. 5 tbspmayonnase
  8. Enough oil for cooking
  9. 400 gbeef brown
  10. 1 kgrice
  11. 4 tbspsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

70 minutes.
  1. 1

    Cut the vegetables, capsicums,garlic,onions, potatoes, dania,,beef brawn,and break the eggs.

    Cook rice until ready(use the normal method). Fry the eggs until they become scrambled

    Add mayonnaise to the rice and and mix very well.

  4. 4

    Fry the ginger and garlic.

  5. 5

    Add in the beef brawns and cook until it turns a little brown.

  6. 6

    Take the scrambled eggs and add to the rice and mix evenly. Add in the mayonnaise and mix also.

    Add in rice and mix well. Lastly add in dania and mix well.

  8. 8

    Into a pan fry the potatoes,carrots,peppers for a few minutes.

    Add in bacon and vegetables to the previous method

  10. 10

    Add soy sauce. Cook for five minutes then serve.

  11. 11

    If stew is available serve with it.p
