I love this recipe. I was surprised by the taste. I never tried vegetables with rice, so this was my first time. It is easy to make , and you can eat it with ketchup or just add lime juice.You can make for the family just by doubling the ingredients.

  • 4 spoonsrice, boiled
  • 2spring onions
  • 1carrot
  • 1egg
  • 2 spoonspeas, boiled
  • 1 spoonsoy sauce
  • salt

    Boil the rice the night before so you can use it the next day.

  2. 2

    Fry the egg first and put it on a different plate.

  3. 3

    In the same pan, fry the carrot first, then add the boiled peas.

  4. 4

    Put the rice in the pan, add salt and mix everything. After that, add the soy sauce.

  5. 5

    After adding the soy sauce, add the egg and the spring onion. Add the egg after the soy sauce so it won't get a dark color.
