Ingredients

  1. 6 tbspsbutter
  2. Shrimp Marinade
  3. 1 cupshrimp
  4. 1 tbspcorn starch
  5. 1 tbspshaoxing wine
  6. 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  7. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  8. 1 tbspavocado oil
  9. Rice, Veggies, & Eggs
  10. 2eggs
  11. 4 cupsday old rice
  12. 3/4 cupchopped carrots
  13. 1stock chopped green onions
  14. 8 clovesminced garlic
  15. 1chopped white onion
  16. Sauce
  17. 3 tbspssoy sauce
  18. 1 tbspshaoxing wine
  19. 1 tbsprice vinegar
  20. 1 tbspteriyaki sauce
  21. 1/2 tspsalt
  22. 1/2 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Mix your shrimp marinade together, & let it sit for 15 minutes.

    Add 2 tbsps butter & 2 cloves garlic to a wok. Scramble your eggs in it. Set aside

  3. 3

    Add 2 tbsps butter & 2 cloves garlic to a pan, & cook your shrimp for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside

  4. 4

    Add 2 tbsps butter, 4 cloves garlic, white onion, chopped carrots, & green onions to your wok. Sauté for about 5 minutes.

    Add your rice, & sauce ingredients (soy sauce, rice vinegar, teriyaki, shaoxing wine, salt, & pepper). Mix it up!
