Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1/2 kgboil bathua
  2. 3-4boil mashed potatoes
  3. 1/2 tbspgrated ginger
  4. 2chopped green chilli
  5. 1 bowlknead flour
  6. 1/2 tbspred chilli
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tbspheeng
  9. 1/2 tbspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Boil bathua and squeeze all the water.

    Boil and mashed potatoes ginger green chilli and bathua.

  3. 3

    Add ghee in kadai add heeng jeera

  4. 4

    Now add all the ingredients and mix them well till little water is absorb and add salt red chilli.make it cool for half an hour.

    Make a roll and stuff it.

    Now heat the griddle roast paratha

  7. 7

    Garam garam paratha is ready serve with masala curd.
