Thai chicken and vegetable spicy stir fry

I went to a Thai restaurant and eat this amazing stir fry. I was very impressed by the taste so I wanted to recreate it. The appearance is okay but I'm still missing the flavour of the food. Anyway I'm not going to give up so I will continue trying. For now, here's the first attempt. Enjoy!

The take-out that I got from a hotel in Florida was so good that I decided to try making it myself. I've noted a chicken and beef version (see photos in Steps 5 and 6).Sauté the vegetables until tender. The key is to put some of the sauce on the rice, then serve. The idea behind this dish is to recreate Chinese take-out. Recipe by Kourin cookpad.japan -

A classic Thai dish. Using fish sauce gives it an authentic ethnic flavor! Water spinach cooks quickly, so you can make this in no time. The story behind this recipeI love Thai food so much that I often eat two plates of stir-fried water spinach at my favorite restaurant. However, each plate costs about 1000 yen. One day, I noticed that my local supermarket was selling water spinach for about 120 yen, so I bought it immediately and tried to recreate the restaurant's flavor at home. 佐藤あいりTranslated from Cookpad Japan -
