  1. 1/2 kgghiya small pieces mein cut ki hui
  2. 1 cupchane ki dal soaked
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 2green chilli finely chopped
  5. 1 pieceginger paste
  6. to tasteSalt acd
  7. 1 tspchilli powder
  8. 1 tspdhania powder
  9. 1 tspamchur powder
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/2turmeric powder
  12. 1 tspzeera
  13. 1 pinchhing
  14. 1 tbspdesi ghee
  15. Coriander leaves finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Ghiya or chane ki dal ko wash karein or cooker mein 2 cup pani mein haldi or salt dal kar 2_3 whistle lgaye.

    Karhi mein ghee dale.Garam hone par hing or zeera dale. Tomato or sabhi masale 2 min tak bhune.

    Masale bhune ke baad ghiya or chane ki dal mix karein or 5 min dhak ke pakayein.

    Coriander leaves se garnish karein.or serve karein.
