Dudhi chane ki dal ki sabji

Soak chana dal for 4-6 hrs. Chop the dudhi in small cubes. Pressure cook both together for 3-5 whistles.

Remove and cool it for 5 mins. Keep all spices ready for tempering.

Heat oil, add jeera, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, green chilli, dry red chillies and hing. Add all masalas. Now add the boiled sabji.

Mix well, allow it to cook for 5-7 mins on slow flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti.
