Ingredients

  1. 12 pieceBread
  2. oil for frying
  3. for stuffing
  4. 3boiled potato big sized
  5. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  6. 1 tbspoil
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 2green chilli chopped
  9. 1tspginger crushed
  10. coriander leaves chopped 4 tbsp
  11. salt as per taste
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1 tspchat masala
  14. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mashed potatoes and keep aside.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

    Put cumin seeds, green chilli and ginger.

  4. 4

    Add peas and salt, cover till cook.

  5. 5

    Now add mashed potato and remaining ingredients.

    Mix properly and fry for 2 minutes.

    Switch off flame, let it cool.

    Dip one piece bread in water and squeeze immediately in palm.

    Put 1 tbsp stuffing mixture on bread.

    Cover stuffing from all side, make like a ball.

    Make all bread rolls like this.

    Put 2 to 3 bread rolls in hot oil at one time.

    Deep fry on high flame.

    Remove on tissue paper.

    Serve hot with tomato sauce.
