I tested many brownie recipes out there and this one from Mike at mikebakesnyc.com stood out as the result was just out of this world. Expect nothing other than rich, chocolatey and dense fudge brownies!

They taste just like the fudge and homemade chocolate icing our grandmas, etc made back in the day on the stovetop. Except no stovetop for these! It has a fudge crunch and a gooey center. Sooo good! If you want them thicker, double the recipe. But I like them thin, because you can really taste the fudge crunch and brownie together.
