Ingredients

  1. 250 GMwheat flour
  2. 200 gmcrushed jaggery
  3. 2 table spoonghee
  4. As needed Dry fruits almond, pista and grated coconut

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 2 table spoon ghee in kadie. Add wheat flour. Saute wheat flour until brown in colour.

    Add jaggery and mix well.

    Ek Thalia me thoda ghee lags ke mixture dal do.

    Ye mixture me baric Kati hue badam, pista and grated coconut dal do.

    Uske baad Katori se Daba do and knife se square me piece kat do.sukhadi is ready.
