Ada yg lg gak enak badan dirumah minta dimasakkan makanan berkuah tapi doi gak suka bubur ala Indonesia tapi klo soup gausah di tanya jadi bikin soup ala Greek dan abis sepanci sendiri 😋😋

  1. 2 TbsEVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
  2. 1large Sweet Onion chopped
  3. 3cloves minced Garlic
  4. 4 cupsChicken Broth
  5. 1/2 cupmushroom
  6. 1Bay Leaf
  7. 1/2 tspSea Salt (pink Himalaya salt)
  8. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
  9. 2boneless skinless Chicken breast
  10. 1/2 cupArborio Rice / jasmin Rice
  11. 1Lemon juice
  12. 3Eggs
  13. 1/4 cupchopped fresh Dill Weed (me : parsley)

Cara Membuat

  1. 1

    Add EVOO and Onion on the pot.
    Saute over med/high heat 5-6 min until Onions are translucent and softened.

    Add Garlic and mushroom, saute 1 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Chicken Broth, Bay Leaf, Salt, Pepper, and Chicken Breasts.

    Bring to boil over med/high heat, cover and turn heat down to med/low. Let simmer 20 minutes.

    Remove Chicken and shred.
    Add Chicken back to the pot.

    Add Rice.
    Cover and simmer 20 more minutes.

    In a small bowl whisk together Eggs and Lemon Juice.
    Slowly add in 1 ladle of the broth while whisking, then add egg mixture into the soup.

    Add in Dill Weed and stir.
    Let cook about 5 minutes before serving.

    Taste and add more Lemon juice if needed.
    Garnish with Lemon Slices and more fresh Dill Weed. Enjoy it 😋😋
