Ingredients

  1. 1Brinjal big size
  2. 4Onion fine chopped
  3. 3Tomato Big fine chopped
  4. 2 spoonGinger Garlic paste
  5. as neededOil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. to tasteRed chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Roast the Brinjal and check it.

    Remove skin and mash Brinjal.

  3. 3

    Take a pan heat oil,add ginger garlic paste.

  4. 4

    Saute it and then add fine chopped onion,cook till light brown then add chopped tomato then add salt,red chilli powder and mix it well.

    Add mashed roasted brinjal mix it well.

  6. 6

    Baingan bartha is ready.
