  2. 4onions chopped
  3. 4tomatoes chopped
  4. 2green chilli

  6. 1 tspred chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash the brinjal and roast it on high flame.

    Then peel off the brinjal and mash it.

    Cut onions and tomatoes finally

    Take a wok add oil and heat it and add green chilli.

    Add onions, tomatoes and saute it 2-3 mint.

    Add all spices in it and saute it for 4-5 mint.

  7. 7

    Add roasted brinjal in it and mix well.

  8. 8

    Now cook it for 4-5 mint and it's ready to eat.
