Ingredients

  1. 200 gm boiled rice
  2. 2 tbspCapsicum chopped
  3. 1Onion chopped
  4. 2green chillies chopped in big slice
  5. 1Tomato chopped
  6. 5-6cherry tomato (optional)
  7. 1/4 cupsweet corn boiled
  8. 50 gm broccoli boiled (optional)
  9. 1/2 cupGreen peas boiled
  10. 1/4 cupCarrot chopped boiled
  11. 1/4 cupCapsicum chopped
  12. 1/4 cupCabbage chopped
  13. 1 tbspRed chilli sauce
  14. 2 tbspOil
  15. 1/2 tspSoya sauce
  16. 1 tbspShezwan chutney
  17. 1 pinchAnjinomoto
  18. as per requiredSalt

Cooking Instructions

40 -50 mins
  1. 1

    Chopped and Boil vegetables like carrot, broccoli, sweet corn and green peas for 5 min

  2. 2

    Then chopped vegetables like tomato, capsicum, onion, cabbage, green chilli

  3. 3

    Use Boiled 2 cup basmati rice

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in a pan or kadai add chopped onion and green chillies stir fry for one min

  5. 5

    Add tomato and carrot stir fry for one min

  6. 6

    Then add all chopped vegetables step 2 mix it stir fry for 2 min

  7. 7

    Then add soya sauce, shezwan chutney and red chilli sauce then mix it

  8. 8

    Then add boiled rice,pinch of ajinomoto and salt mix all together

  9. 9

    Serve hot
