Ingredients

  1. 300 gramspork belly
  2. 1large fine dice onion,
  3. 3 tbspvegetable oil
  4. 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  5. 2 cuppetai (parkia preciosa)
  6. LG SPICY SAUCE (SAMBAL SAUCE)
  7. 2 tbspspicy sauce (sambal sauce) or any sambal oelek
  8. 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  9. 1 tspsugar
  10. upon noodle or white rice optional
  11. 2 bundleudon noodle

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pan fry the pork belly then Slice pork belly into 1 inches thick then pan fried till lightly brown and crispy about 7 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the pork belly

    In pan with oil sauté spicy sauce then add light soy sauce and sugar, then add the onion

  3. 3

    Add pan fried pork belly strip and petai (parkia speciosa) with another 1 tbsp of light soy sauce and stir fry to mix well

  4. 4

    Cook udon noodle in salted boiling water for 13 minutes then drain and set aside
