Garri cookies

I wanted to try out something different and remembered how we were taught garri Biscuits in secondary school then decided to recreate the recipe. I wondered how baking with garri would turn out hence this recipe. My garri cookies has this bit of tangy taste because of the use of garri but it's absolutely yummy😘👌

Easy & Healthy Okara Banana Cookies Easy & Healthy Okara Banana Cookies
I used to make these okara cookies a lot. Depending on how thick you make them, they become soft or crispy cookies.I bake them very thin.Make the dough as flat as you can when you bake them. Put the cookies in a container (plastic Tupperware, plate, etc) lined with kitchen towels, and leave them without any cover in the refrigerator. The cookies will dry out and even soft and moist cookies will become crispy with time. Recipe by nokko.t cookpad.japan -
Chocolate Chip Cookies Chocolate Chip Cookies
On a cool, rainy day 🌧, I remember the smell of buttery cookies baking... I've tried making many types of cookies, but this is my son's favorite. However, I only make them occasionally because he's gaining weight a bit too quickly :))). Oh, this recipe is based on the original from Savouryday, but I've adjusted the sugar and chocolate chips to our taste. Loan NguyenTranslated from Cookpad Vietnam -
Moist & Chewy Double Chocolate Cookies Moist & Chewy Double Chocolate Cookies
This is the double chocolate version of the chocolate chip cookiesthat I always make. The shaping method I show you in Step 5 was taught to me by my friend's husband. You can also use an ice cream scoop but they will turn into really large cookies. You can leave out Step 5 if you want. The photo in Step 6 shows the rounded and flattened cookies on the right and on the left are the regular cookies. If you perform Step 5, the cookies will turn out soft-baked, but even if you don't shape them, they will still be delicious! Recipe by MinPeko cookpad.japan
