Cooking Instructions

For balls:add grated cabbage,carrot,green chilli,black pepper,salt and corn flour in a mixing bowl.

Add enough water and make small balls with this mixture.

Heat oil in a wok,fry balls till golden brown.

For gravy:Heat oil in a wok,add chopped garlic and onion and saute it.

Add grated cabbage, capsicum, carrot,beans and saute it.

Now add all sauces and vinegar and mix well.

Add corn flour, water in a bowl mix well,now add in gravy and take a one boil.

Now add fried balls in this gravy.take one boil.
- 9
Garnish with spring onion,and serve hot.
