Ingredients

  1. For Manchurian balls:-
  2. 1carrot grated
  3. 1 cupcabbage, shredded
  4. 1 cupspring onion chopped
  5. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspchilli sauce
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 2 tbspmaida/ plain flour
  9. 2 tbspcornflour
  10. as requiredOil for frying
  11. ForGravy:-
  12. 2 tbspoil
  13. 1 inchginger, chopped
  14. 3 cloveschopped
  15. 1chilli, slit
  16. 4 tbspspring onion, chopped
  17. 1/2onion chopped
  18. 1/2capsicum sliced
  19. 2 tbspwhite vinegar
  20. 2 tbspsoya sauce
  21. 1 tspchilli sauce
  22. 2 tbsptomato sauce
  23. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  24. as per tasteSalt
  25. 1 cupwater
  26. Forslurry:-
  27. 2 tbspcornflour
  28. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl take carrot, cabbage, spring onion, ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp chilli sauce, salt mix everything combined well.

    Add 2 tbsp maida, cornflour and mix well. Form a soft dough. Now prepare a small ball sized balls. Deep fry in hot oil until turns golden brown. Drain off the Manchurian balls and keep aside.

    Now take a large wok or kadhai, heat oil and saute chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli, spring onion, onion, capsicum stir on high flame.

    Add vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce pepper powder, salt stir fry all the sauce combined well.

    Add water and boil.

    Take a small bowl add cornflour and water mix well. Pour in kadai mix well.

  7. 7

    Continue to boil until gravy thickens and turns glossy.

  8. 8

    Add veg manchurian balls mix well.

  9. 9

    Finally, serve veg Manchurian gravy with fried rice.
