Cooking Instructions

Cut cabbage to 4 quarters and keep them immersed in lukewarm water for 3 -4 min. Drain water chopped finely.You can also process all veggies in a food processor.Mince ginger & garlic paste

Add to prepared veggies,corn flour,Maria, ginger garlic paste & salt to mixing bowl. Mix everything well.

Make 🍋 lemon sized balls.

Heat oil in a deep pan for deep frying,Frying on medium flame.After few seconds of frying you can keep stirring and fry until they turn golden,drain balls.

For gravy

Heat oil in a pan,then add ginger garlic paste,after add onions, capsicum Sautefor1-2 min. While these frying dissolve corn flour in water.

Lower the heat add soya sauce,chilli sauce & chilli paste.

Stir gently and pour water, after add vinegar, salt to suit your taste.

Keep stirring and cook on a medium flame.Do not cook gravy thick.

Switch off the gas and allow the sauce to cool for 1-2 min.

Add balls tothe sauce.

Also serve Veg Manchurian with Fried Rice.
