Ingredients

  1. 1 &1/2 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1 cupscrambled cottage cheese (paneer)
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 1 cupcabbage finely chopped
  5. 2green chilies finely chopped
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 teaspoonred food colour
  8. 3 tablespoonscooking oil

    Heat oil in wok add onion, cabbage and saute till it get soft.

    Add green chilies and paneer, mix it well.

    Add salt and cook till the mixture get dry.

    Now take all purpose flour and salt in mixing bowl, mix it, add 1/2 cup of water in red food colour.

    Make soft smooth dough using red food colored water. Keep aside for 15minutes.

    Take handful dough and roll it direct on kitchen platfom. Keep the remaining dough covered with wet muslin cloth. Before rolling the dough dust all purpose flour on platform and on that flour u can roll the dough easily. Roll it thin.

    Take out the biscuits size round shape pieces from rolling dough by using round cookies cutter.

    Stick petals every sides. About 1 tablespoon of stuffing gather all the stuffing along the central line. Secure the stuffing from all the sides by pressing with your figure.

    Spread out the outer petals to give natural rose look. Do same with others

    Grease the steamer plate and place rose shape momos in steamer keep little distance. Steam it for 30minutes on medium flame.

    Transfer it to a plate and serve with garlic red chilli chutney.

    Rose shape veg momos are ready to eat.
