  4. Salt, black paper powder, bhuna jeera powder
  5. Ghee... For shallow fry tikki and chhole ko tadka dene ke lie
  6. Ginger pudina paste, boiled tomatoes puree
  7. Chhole masala, red chilli powder, salt, curry leaves, jeera

Cooking Instructions

    Sabse pehle boiled potatoes ko mash karke usme aara roat ya cornflour, salt, bhuna jeera powder, black paper powder add karenge.. Tikki ka shape denge... Upar se cornflour ya aara rot ko coating karenge and ghee me hi shallow fry karenge.. Kurkura karenge

    Ab chhole me meetha soda dal ke 5-6 whistle le ke acche se cook karenge... Ab ek pain me ghee lenge usme jeera add karenge then pudina adark ki paste add karenge.. 1 mint sauté karenge... Then tomatoes puree add karengr acche se cook karenge.. Cook kie hue chhole add karnge.. Then chhole masala red chilli powder salt haldi add karke 10-15 mints medium flame pe cook hone denge

    Serving... Pehle plate me tikki rakhenge then chhole and khajur imli chutney, green coriander and pudina chutney, sev, chopped onions daal ke serve karenge
