Cooking Instructions

    Sabse pehle ek kadahi me oil dale.garam hone par jeera dale.ab isme onion aur green chillies dale.2 minutes saute karein.ab isme tomates add karein.soft hone par salt and spices add karein.mix karein

    Oil seprate hone par eggs ko break kar ke dale.medium flame par stir krte hue pakaye.jab eggs pk jaye tb usme cutting boiled eggs dale.flame off karein.

    Serving plate me dale roti ya parantha ke sath garam serve karein. Garnishing ke liye coraiander dale.
