Cooking Instructions

First of all take maida, 2 tablespoon of ghee..mix well. Knead a medium soft dough milk and keep aside covered for some time

Roast khoya for 4 minutes on low heat, ley it cool completely

Add powder sugar, dry fruits, cardamom powder, raisins and chironji dana to roasted khoya

Mix well everything to prepare stuffing

Now knead the dough again to make it soft

Roll out a small puri, take it in hand, take sufficient ready filling in centre of puri

Seal the ends of puri carefully

Start pinching it inside from outside to inside till another end

Like wise prepare all the gujhiya

Heat sufficient ghee in a heavy bottom pan

Deep fry all the gujhiya on very low heat till golden in colour

Let them cool completely and then store in air tight container

Enjoy Yummylicious Khoye wali gujhiya endlessly and have fun in Holi
