Ingredients

  1. Well cooked chips
  2. 1onion
  3. CloveGarlic
  4. Ginger
  5. Oil
  6. Tomato paste
  7. Tomato sauce
  8. Cumin
  9. Pilau masala
  10. Curry powder
  11. Salt
  12. Bell peppers

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add onion and cook for a minute

  2. 2

    Add crated ginger, garlic pilau masala and curry powder, stir and cook till fragrant.

    Add in the tomato paste, bell peppers and tomato sauce and half cup water.

  4. 4

    Sautee on low heat until sauce thickens,you can add chillis to your preference

  5. 5

    Add in the fries stir and sprinkle fresh cilantro. Serve hot
