Mix one cup of grated coconut and half cup sooji

Keep aside for half an hour

Take the jaggery add about one cup of water and allow to boil. Add nutmeg powder

Add the sooji coconut mixture and cook for about five minutes till the halva thickens

Mix sooji, maida, pinch of salt, turmeric and oil with water to make a stiff dough

Make balls of dough and the halva. Quantity of halva should be more

Roll the dough and stuff with the halva

Cover from all sides

Roll all the balls and keep ready

Pat the balls with greased hands on a plastic cover. Meanwhile heat oil

Deep fry till golden and crispy

Can be roasted in stuffed parata style also
