Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Olive oil
  2. 1 lbground turkey
  3. 1 cupyellow onion
  4. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  5. 1yellow bell pepper (or any color)
  6. 2 tbspcilantro or parsley
  7. 1 tspchipotle powder or chili powder
  8. Kosher salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sautee onion, bell pepper, and garlic in olive oil until tender.

  2. 2

    In same pan add turkey and seasonings, cook thoroughly.

  3. 3

    Top with fresh cilantro or parsley

  4. 4

    Serve with rice or noodles!
