Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspGhee
  2. 1 cupbasmati rice
  3. 1.5 cupwater
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 2-3green Cardamom
  6. 2-3cloves
  7. 2-3whole black pepper
  8. 2sabut lal mirch (dry)
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspdeggi mirch (red chilli powder)
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 1/4 tspdhaniya powder
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1 tspsesame
  15. 2 tbspvinegar/lemon juice
  16. 1 cupvegetables (potato,tomato,cabbage,carrots,cauliflower) chopped
  17. 1/2 cuppeas
  18. 2-3onions thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions

    Method
    Take a cooker add Ghee, jeera, sabut lal mirch,lung, elaichi, onion sauté for 5-6 min. Now add sesame again saute for 2-3min.

    Now add.. all veggies haldi,salt,deggi mirch,garam masala,black pepper, vinegar.. saute for 5-6 min.

    Now add rice and water and add 1 tsp desi ghee cover with the lid just 1whistle.. serve hot with boondi Raita and green chutney
