Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSoyabean
  2. 1/2 cupChana dal
  3. 2Bay leaf
  4. 2Cinnamon
  5. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. as neededOil for shallow frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker add soay chunks and chana dal

  2. 2

    Nowadd bay leaf and cinnamon

  3. 3

    Now add red chilli and salt and pressure cooked till dal become soft

  4. 4

    When it's become soft grind all the things well and make a smooth mixture

  5. 5

    Now take a small portion and give them a round shape

  6. 6

    Now heat oil in a pan and shallow fry kabab from both the sides

  7. 7

    Serve hot
