Ingredients

  1. 20-25Almonds
  2. (I added the Almonds for extra taste and crunch. You can skip it, if you want)
  3. 4 cupsGram Flour
  4. 2 cupsPure Ghee
  5. 1/2 teaspoonGreen cardamom powder
  6. 2 cupsPowdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the ghee in a kadai and add green cardamom powder. Add gram flour and roast on low heat till the raw smell of Besan goes and you get a nice aroma - for approximately ten minutes.

    Take it off the heat and keep aside

    Pulse the almonds in a mixer to a semi coarse powder. Roast this also on a low flame, till it nicely roasted. Take it off the flour.

    Mix the Besan and Almond fLour and allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding powdered sugar. Add sugar and mix.

    Roll into even sized laddoos. Cool and store.
