  1. 1 cupgram flour
  2. 2/3 cupghee
  3. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  4. 1 tablespoonCardamom powder(elachi)
  5. as neededalmonds for topping

Cooking Instructions

    Take one thick pan. Keep it on low flame. Add ghee in it. When heated. Add gram flour(besan).

    Stir it continuously till it become semi solid and golden brown. You need patience for it. Because it takes lots of time to become semi solid

    When it roast properly than drain in one bowl and keep aside till it cool down at room temperature.

    When it cool down add powdered sugar and cardamom powder mix it and make small - small balls of it

    Topping it with almonds. Besan ke laddo is ready for serve
