Ingredients

  1. 200 gmbesan /gram flour
  2. 225 gmsugar powder /bura
  3. 200 gmpure ghee
  4. 1 tspwater
  5. 50 gmalmonds (40 gm chopped & 10 gm whole for garnishing)
  6. 25 gmcashews chopped
  7. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  8. 1 pinchnutmeg powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a Kadhai. Add besan. Stir continuously. Roast it on slow flame until golden brown. When Aroma of besan arise Sprinkle one tsp water. (by sprinkling water besan will become crumbled)

    Switch off gas. Add cardamom and nutmeg powder. Mix all properly. Let it cool for 4-5 minutes.

    Add sugar powder or bura. Mix well.

    Take some portion of mixture. Form laddoo with your hands. If required add some ghee to form it properly.

    Besan ladoo are ready to serve.
