Cooking Instructions

Heat a pan with 2tbsp of oil..Add onion and saute for a while.

Add all ingredients of filling in a bowl and mix.

Add filling mixture into pan.saute for a min and cook coverd for a min or two.

Switch off the flame.

Meanwhile take all ingredients in a bowl of dough and knead a soft dough... Keep aside for half an hour.

Make small/medium sized rolls from the dough and roll gently with the rolling pin.

Place 2tbsp of filling mixture center of the rolled dough.

Cover the filling with the dough by slowly stretching it over the filling.

Seal the edges.. Remove excess dough..And roll gently with rolling pin..Or just flatten with ur hands.

Deep fry all kachories..

Garnish with..Green chutney, tamarind chutney..curd..Sev, peanut...Aur whatever u want.

Sevre warm.
