Take flour and salt in a bowl

Add oil and rub in flour and make flour crumbled Add carrom seeds

And make dough with required water Cover dough and keep aside

Heat a pan and add whole spices in it

Roast them Cool a little and grind in coarse powder Add oil in pan and add this coarse powder

Add green chilli and ginger

Roast all of them in oil Then add onion and cook

Add some salt to onion Then add potato and besan

Mix and cook all of them Add all spices and sugar

Lastly add.lemon juice or amchur powder and garam masala Our stuffing is ready Divide dough in equal balls

Make balls of stuffing too Then take one ball of dough and flattern it a the fill stuffing balls

Seal it's edges and again flattern it Heat oil and on medium low flame

When they become golden brown take them out
