Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlkidney beans
  2. 1 cuponion paste
  3. 1 tspgarlic paste
  4. 1 tspginger paste
  5. 1 cuptomato puree
  6. to taste salt
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspred chilli powfer
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1/2 tsp crushed kasuri methi
  11. 1 tspchop green coriander
  12. 1 big spoon oil
  13. For rice
  14. 1 glassrice
  15. 6 glasswater
  16. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add kidney beans,then washed.

    Take pressure cooker add salt,kidney beans and 1 glass of water cover with lid and 2 whistle then gas off.

    After pressure release add water and boil for 30 minutes.

    Take a wok add oil add garlic saute add onion paste till golden brown add ginger,tomato puree and all masala mix well separate oil add kidney beans saute add water boil for 10 minutes.

    After 10minutes add kasuri methi and coriander.

    Take a bowl add rice and washed them rice soaked in half an hour.

    After half an hour take a vessel add 6 glass of water boiled.

    After boiled add rice and salt mix well otherwise rice r together.

    After 10 minutes rice checked.

    Rice r soft drain water.

  11. 11

    Serve boiled rice and kidney beans.
