Cooking Instructions

Wash the mushroom to remove the dirt, slice half the mushrooms and roughly chop the remaining half

Add the oil, mushroom, garlic, onions, a pinch of pepper and salt to the cooking pot and saute on medium heat until the mushrooms have released all the moisture and the mushrooms have started turning very dark brown

Add in the butter and the flour and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes until the butter flour paste is brown at the bottom of the pot but not burnt

Add in the water and mix well, let it simmer for a while then add the milk and mix well then let it simmer until the broth is thick

Add in the heavy cream an soy sauce, let it cook for a while then serve
