Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsago
  2. 2Boiled potato
  3. 1/2 cupRoasted peanut powder
  4. 1-2Green chilli
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and add sago and water in it. Soak for at least 2 hrs or till it gets fluffy.

    Take another bowl and add 2 boiled potatoes in it. Peel and mash them well using hands.

    Mix sago,roasted peanut powder,green chilli,salt and mashed potato in bowl and mix well.

    Make small vadas. And fry it till get nice golden colour.

    Serve sago vada with curd.
