Palm oil stew paired with white rice

Ingredients

  1. Halfkilo of fresh tomatoes
  2. 10 pieceshabanero pepper
  3. 4 piecesfresh red bell pepper
  4. Smoked fish
  5. 1 kgbeef
  6. 1 cupshredded stock fish
  7. 1and half cups of palm oil
  8. 1bulb of onion
  9. 3knorr cube
  10. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your beef and put in a pot, season with two knorr cubes, salt and diced onion then boil till tender.

    Blend your tomatoes and pepper, boil till the water dries up then set aside

    Heat your palm oil in a cooking pot for about five minutes on low heat, then add the diced onion and saute, at this point add the tomatoes and start to fry

    Next add the stock fish and the remaining knorr cube then fry till dry.

  5. 5

    Pour the boiled meat and stock to the fried tomatoes then cook for about ten minutes.

  6. 6

    Taste and adjust then bring down
