Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssemolina
  2. 3 cupswater
  3. 2 tsppure ghee
  4. 2 cupsfresh grated coconut
  5. 2 cupsgrated jaggery
  6. 1/3 tspcardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a wok add water,ghee and semolina mix and cook for halwa consistency.

    Take a pan add coconut,jaggery,cardamom powder mix and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Take a suji dough knead properly and make a ball stuffed coconut and make a modak.

  4. 4

    Take a steamer and modak steamed for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Semolina modak r ready
