  • 2 tbspPowderd sugar
  • For filling- chopped nuts
  • 1 cupFor sauce- fresh orange juice
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1/6 tspBlack salt

    Grined biscuit and mix melted butter sugar and elaichi powder.

    Now Knead and make a smooth dough. Stuff and make Modak. Boli the juice in a pan add sugar and black salt cook until thickened.serve.
