Ingredients

  1. 250 gmblack chane
  2. 2chopped onion
  3. 1 cuptomato puree
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 2green chilli
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 2 tbspchana masala
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 tspdry mango powder
  10. to tastesalt
  11. pinchhing
  12. 1/2 tspjeera
  13. to tastesalt
  14. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Soaked the chane for minimun 8 hours.after soaked boiled the chane.and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add hing jeera when splutter add chopped onion and green chilli and saute till golden in colour.

  3. 3

    Now add tomato puree and all dry spices and saute till leave the oil add boiled chane and little water,cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
