Cooking Instructions

    Get you lentils

    Put them in a cooking pot and boil for 45 mins

    When ready, chop all your ingredients.

    Put the onions, ginger, garlic, hoho in a pre heated cooking pot with cooking oil. Fry till golden brown then add tomatoes and chopped carrots.

    When tomatoes are soft, add the boiled lentils and stir gently. Cover and boil for 10more mins to soften the carrots.

    Lentils ready, garnish with green onion.

  7. 7

    Serve with hot rice. Very delicious.
