Ingredients

  1. 1large white onion
  2. 1large purple onion
  3. 2 cuplentils
  4. 2Celery
  5. 2Carrots
  6. Garlic
  7. Boniato
  8. Parsley
  9. Cilantro
  10. Ground beef
  11. Salt
  12. Pepper
  13. Chicken broth
  14. Complete seasoning
  15. Adobo

Cooking Instructions

    Have lentils soak over night! Pour lentils and check it for any defective pieces, pour boiling water and let it sit for the next day.

    Chop all veggies and pan fry with Evoo, once fragrant add in the next step.

  3. 3

    Add raw ground beef, bone broth & soaked lentils.

  4. 4

    Cook everything until thick, add salt, pepper, complete seasoning & adobo to taste.
