Coleslaw
I get asked all the time "how do you make your coleslaw?" I always say I just throw some ingredients together until it tastes right... and that's what I really did. Well I finally took the time to measure and actually write it down. This is how I make mine, but you can adjust any of the ingredients to your own taste preference.Make sure you make the dressing separately and it tastes right before you mix it in with your veggies.

Homemade Chocolate Mousse
This is a recipe for those who have a sweet tooth. Easy to make. I managed to get 3 good sized ramekins full of mousse. To make six double the amount.

Guinness Chocolate Cake
We always drank Guinness in London, and it must be draught from the pubs. I was missing London so I was really excited to try this recipe when I saw it. Really happy with the results and guess what, the cake tastes even better after sitting in the fridge overnight because it allows for the flavor to come through. But really, you can hardly detect the stout and it has got just the right amount of tang!Credit: Nigella Lawson

Skillet Focaccia with Peppers, Eggplant, and Onions
I love focaccia, especially those with a vegetable filling, because by carefully choosing the right combination of flour and certain vegetables, you always get phenomenal results! When I read recipes that use different cooking methods than usual, I get curious and want to try to recreate them... that's what happened with the "Skillet Focaccia alla Parmigiana" by @cucinareserenamente: I had saved the recipe a long time ago and finally got to experiment with it, much to the satisfaction of those who got to taste it! 😍

Japanese boiled egg recipe
I m always a cook since young because I love eating and tasting food, and with a good recipe and simple ingredients, the right way to do/cook it, you'll get a tasty dish! Try out this simple Soya sauce hard-boiled egg, and you know is just so easy to prepare for urself, family and friends!

Soft boiled eggs
I love soft boiled eggs. They're versatile, beautiful, easy to make, and most importantly, delicious. They make perfect toppers to dishes like salads, and the brunch sandwich in the picture above. Cook time depends on how runny you want them.

Olive Bread
I really love olive bread. I don't get it often. Most stores I go to don't carry it. So now I can make my own.

Salted boiled peanuts
Another southern favorite. People including my self can make a meal out of boiled peanuts. These could be done in a crock pot. We used to get 2-3 quarts of peanuts for our trip to the beach. Love them so much! I hope you enjoy them when you try them, and make wonderful memories!

Low carb eggplant pizza
I'm on the Atkins diet and really wanted a piece of pizza. I was at the grocery store to buy zucchini. The zucchinis were way too small to make zucchini pizza so I went with eggplant instead. I was very happy with the results.

Super Quick! Boiled Eggs
One day, when I needed to boil an egg, I put them in with some vegetables I was boiling, and I was amazed. The shells came right off! This is just one of my little theories, and I feel like I owe an apology to my economics teacher. This time, I had 5 successes and 1 failure. But, if you're going to use them chopped, even if a little egg white leaks out, at least the shell comes right off! There is a chance the eggs may crack since they are put in boiling water. For recipes where the shape of the egg is important, boil a little more water than you need. The shock of the difference in temperature will make the shells come right off. Immerse the eggs as gently as possible. For broken eggs, mash them with a whisk or chop them up. Recipe by Okaachan

Crunchy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
I wanted to make cookies with crunchy oatmeal which don't contain any eggs butter or sugar. I tried many times to get the flour combination right, and I think this gives the crunchiest results and the best texture. If you want them really crunchy, leave them in the oven for a few minutes after they have baked.Use 100% apple juice if possible. For about 25 cookies. Recipe by Paripari

Fresh Kiwifruits & Custard Tart
I managed to get a hold of some cheap kiwifruits so I made a tart. I just thought of this recipe on the spot. Since the custard is made in the microwave, it's really easy. It also goes well with custard cream.. Peach Compote Tart.Step 3 If making the tart crust by hand, please refer to. As time passes, the crust will soften, so after spreading it with cream, please enjoy them right away.Step 3 I use the type of powdered sugar that doesn't dissolve. You can also make these tarts with strawberries. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Vickys Homemade Cinnamon Chips
Our UK grocery stores don't sell cinnamon chips and the ones for sale on Amazon are like 30 bucks a bag! I managed to get some more cheaply on ebay but to be honest I wasn't really impressed with the flavour. Everybody knows I LOVE cinnamon and the more there is the happier I am! I think these have a much better cinammon flavour and they bake really well added into muffins etc

That I love quiche now and I am definitely going to get creative in the future!

Buttermilk Chicken Fried Steak
I love steak fried this way. This buttermilk is the curdled milk sold in stores, not the milk leftover after making butter. If you cannot get this type of milk, then take 4 cups of whole milk and add 1/4 cup of distilled white vinegar. Stir and let it curdle.

Strawberry Chiffon Cake
This recipe doesn't use baking powder nor any other leavening as long as you beat the egg whites right and get the correct firm peak, and the way you fold the meringue into the egg yolk batter is right, it's guaranteed not to fail.

Chilled Curry Pasta with Daikon Radish and Honey
I really wanted to make apple and honey curry but all I had on hand was daikon radish. But using the daikon radish went surprisingly well!!The curry I used was Kokumaru brand medium-spicy type. The flavor of this dish will probably change slightly based on the type of curry you use. But anyway, medium-spicy has just the right amount of sweetness. Recipe by Shimaki

Garlic Shrimp Alfredo
I love shrimp and decided to try adding it to an alfredo recipe. Worked out great and get many compliments on the dish. I use alfredo with mushrooms, but you could use any type of alfredo.
