Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgram flour
  2. 2 cupsemolina
  3. 1 tspSugar
  4. Salt as requited
  5. End fruit salt 1 pkt
  6. 1 tspvegetable oil
  7. 1 pinchcitric acid dissolved in water OR
  8. 1/2 cupcurd
  9. For Tadka
  10. 1 tspOil
  11. 1 tspMustard seeds
  12. 10/12 leavesCurry patta
  13. 1 tspSesame seeds
  14. 2 tsplemon juice
  15. 2-3Green chilli
  16. For garnish
  17. Fresh grated coconut
  18. Chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Add gram flour, semolina, salt, sugar and curd and oil.

    Mix till all lumps are gone. Add water if required for the consistency of batter. Add Eno just before u pour the mixture in vessel.

    Add this batter in a oil greased vessel and cook in cooker without whistle for 5-10 min. Check with a tooth pick and if it comes out clean, the dhokla is ready.

    Prepare more until all batter is finished.

    For Tadka Add mustard seed, sesame seed, green chillies, Curry patta in hot oil and pour this into the vessel. Add lemon juice also mixed in water. U can add sugar too in this mixture if u like sweet taste.

    Garnish with Fresh grated coconut and coriander leaves.

    Cut in desired shape and serve hot..
