Cooking Instructions

Get your ingredients ready. Add sugar cinnamon and a pinch of salt to the flour

Create a hollow at the center of the flour and break your eggs there

Start mixing as you add milk gradually
- 4
Add 3-4 drops of Vannilla essence and 2T spoons of cooking oil
- 5
Heat pan pour a little oil to the pan then the mixture. To acquire same size pancakes you can measure. I used a serving spoon

When the top dries it's time to flip

Add some oil underneath to cook the other side

And ready for munching. Serve with lemon grass black tea.
