Ingredients

  1. 100 gtamarind
  2. 4.5 litreswater
  3. 11/4 cupssugar

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the tamarind in the water for 1 hr

    Place the sufuria with the tamarind and water and bring to a boil

  3. 3

    Let it cool completely, strain the tamarind pulp from the juice

  4. 4

    Add in the sugar to the juice and stir till fully dissolved, you can adjust the sugar to your liking, depending on the tamarind

  5. 5

    Chill in the fridge and serve when cold with ice cubes. Enjoy☺
